Founder & CEO
Writer, producer, director Greg Olliver was born on the high plains of Texas and raised on the mean streets of New York City. LEMMY, the acclaimed rock doc about Motörhead frontman Lemmy Kilmister; Jack Daniel’s CHASING WHISKEY; and countless productions for CNN/Warner Media’s Courageous Studios have earned Greg a reputation for crafting honest, compelling stories about iconic musicians, war heroes, major brands and everything in between for feature documentaries, narrative films and short-form branded content work.
C.J. Ware
Co-founder & CTO
In his years of web development, C.J. has played a crucial role in the success of dozens of small businesses ranging from a wholistic health practitioner to a financial advisory firm with over 20 employees, and everything in between. Whether a simple informative website, an ecommerce store, an oncology nutrition course, or an art haus movie theater, every one held unique opportunities and challenges that prepared him for his role as the Chief Technology Officer of Secret Weapon Studios.

With 18+ years of experience in media, working with companies such as The Wall Street Journal, WarnerMedia, Sony Music, and Univision, Nuna has primarily focused on operational excellence within wildly creative environments. Nuna also prioritizes community outreach, mentorship, and volunteer programs within the creative fields. She has a BFA in photography and is now pursuing an MS in Mental Health Clinical Counseling.

Damon has spent more than 20 years in the film business, with concentrated experience in sales, development & acquisitions, financing and management.
Emily Chao
Head of Post
An experienced editor and post-production professional, Emily Chao has worked in film, television and advertising. She has edited films premiered at Tribeca Film Festival, has credits on HBO Max, Amazon Prime, and AppleTV. Recently she has taken on a broader role in post-production, managing both talent and tech. With a deep understanding of technology, she excels in integrating technical and creative elements.

Daniel has produced films – big and small – for Great Big Story, CNN, DC Comics, TNT, Land Rover, Procter & Gamble, General Motors, Volvo, among others that have premiered across television, theatrical, streaming and social media. He’s been honored with numerous awards including; Emmy, Murrow, DuPont, Peabody, Promax, Digiday and Webbys.

Marquis is a serial entrepreneur. A founder of Maverick Beverage Company, a wine and spirits distribution company, and the owner and founder of Burn Cottage Vineyard in New Zealand. His philosophy is that you invest in good people, and that is what led him to Secret Weapon Studios. Like Greg, Marquis is a lover of Rock and Metal Music, and has been involved with Greg on several ventures involving the subject.
